Our goal is to provide farmers and ranchers with an economic solution for weed and pest control. Ranging from row crops to pasture ground, we provide an economically feasible solution to help maximize profitability. While staying extremely competitive in the market, we provide top-notch customer service, and communication throughout the process to ensure project satisfaction. From the preliminary phone call, to map building, application and follow up, our professional sales staff stays in contact with the customer throughout the whole process. We stand behind the service that we provide. We have access to numerous fixed wing planes , turbine helicopters, and now we will be introducing drones into the industry as well.

Meet Ryan Deweese
Ryan has been in sales and marketing for 20+ years. His expertise is customer communication, and finding the best possible solution to ensure value for the customer. Ryan has been in ag sales for over 10 years and specific to the aerial application and chemical industry the last 6. Ryan’s current role with the company is managing all sales and marketing and purchasing. Ryan is married to his high school sweetheart Lisa and they have three children, Austin, Lexi, and Chase. They currently live in Manhattan, Kansas.
Meet Josh Boswell.
Josh has been in logistics and management for over 20 years. Josh was a manager with union pacific railroad handling logistics and operations management. Josh’s current role with the company is leading all of our operations and logistics. Josh is married to his high school sweetheart Nikki and has two beautiful daughters, Natalie, and Avery
Josh currently lives in Westmoreland, Kansas
Meet Austin DeWeese
Austin is new to the industry graduating college in 2023. He specializes in agronomy and Ag management. Austin had worked for a previous Ariel application company, so it’s very well-versed in the processes and procedures of the industry. Austin‘s current role is overseeing all mapping and chemical inventory. Austin currently lives in Manhattan Kansas as well.
